Designing Flexible, Tenant-Ready Spaces Across Two Key Floors

At 17 Hatfields, we were tasked with creating innovative layout plans for the ground and third floors of this five-story commercial building, ensuring flexibility and maximum appeal to potential occupiers. For the ground floor, we explored two distinct scenarios: one tailored for multi-let use and another for a single occupier. The third floor was designed with versatility in mind, creating a dynamic layout to attract a diverse range of tenants.

The project began with a detailed moodboard concept and initial layout plans, to establish the vision for both floors. Ground floor layouts included options for shared and exclusive tenancy, while the third floor focused on adaptable design features to meet varying tenant needs. This foundation was followed by stunning 3D visuals, including conceptual floorplan overviews and close-up details, to bring the designs to life.

By reimagining two of the six floors, we created functional, tenant-focused spaces that enhance the overall building’s marketability. Our designs balanced flexibility, modern appeal, and thoughtful space utilization, providing the property owner with layouts that cater to the demands of today’s competitive commercial market.
