Located in the heart of London, 16 Hatfields is a prime example of how intelligent workplace design can transform vacant office spaces into high-performing, tenant-ready environments. We were tasked with delivering a complete interior design and fit-out for two commercial office spaces, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic cohesion. The project required a balance between sustainable design principles, efficient space planning, and premium-quality finishes, creating an adaptable and inspiring workplace.

From the initial concept phase to the final styling and installation, our approach prioritised optimising space, enhancing user experience, and aligning with the building’s overall identity. Through moodboard concepts, 3D visualisations, detailed FF&E schedules, and technical drawings, we crafted a workspace that not only meets the needs of modern businesses but also enhances the property’s marketability. Every design decision was guided by flexibility, durability, and a seamless blend of contemporary aesthetics with practical functionality.
